Beazley plc - Chairman Appointment

In accordance with the announcement made in July 2011, the Board yesterday elected Dennis Holt as Chairman with effect from the close of the AGM on 27 March 2012, and subject to his re-election as a director at the AGM.  Dennis will also, from the same date, succeed Jonathan Agnew as Chairman of Beazley Furlonge Ltd.
