Director/PDMR shareholding

Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 8^th April 2013, Mr Neil Patrick Maidment transferred 93,594 shares to his spouse, Mrs Elizabeth Louise Maidment.

At 8^th April 2013, Mr Maidment and his connected persons were interested in 3,806,806 shares representing approximately 0.73% of the issued share capital of the Company.
