Directorate changes
Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that following the conclusion of two three-year terms, and in line with the Company's policy on director independence and rotation, Catherine Woods, non-executive director, will step down from the board at the conclusion of the 2022 AGM. The Company has initiated a search for a new non-executive director.
David Roberts, the Chairman commented:
