Vesting of Share Incentives/Options for Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (together "PDMRs")
Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 29 March 2012 the following PDMRs exercised and sold 16 February 2009 LTIPs that were available to be exercised.
The average price for the disposal of the ordinary shares of 5 pence each was 137.00p and the shares were received for no consideration.

Beazley plc further announces that on 29 March 2012;
Mr D A Horton transferred 82,656 shares to his spouse, Mrs Sophie Emma Horton. At 29 March 2012, Mr Horton and his connected persons were interested in 1,268,539 shares, representing approximately 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company;
Mr N P Maidment transferred 80,744 shares to his spouse, Mrs Elizabeth Louise Maidment. At 29 March 2012, Mr Maidment and his connected persons were interested in 3,624,001 shares, representing approximately 0.70% of the issued share capital of the Company.
