Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Beazley plc is pleased to announce that today it is posting to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, together with Notice of the Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 2.30 pm on 25 April 2023 at 22 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4BQ.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2022, Notice of the Annual General Meeting, Form of Proxy, the UK Share Incentive Plan rules, the International Share Incentive Plan rules and the amended Long Term Incentive Plan rules will shortly be available for inspection in the National Storage Mechanism.
