Redemption of Notes and cancellation of listing

US$18,000,000 Subordinated Floating Rate Notes due 2034 issued by the Company on 26 November 2004 (the "Notes")
The Company has today given formal notice to the Noteholders that it intends to fully redeem the outstanding Notes on 26 November 2018 (the "Redemption Date") in accordance with Condition 6(c) of the terms and conditions of the Notes. The Notes will be redeemed at their original principal amount (being US$18,000,000) together with interest (including all Deferred Payments) accrued (if any) to but excluding the Redemption Date. Accordingly, the listing of the Notes on the Official List of the FCA and the admission of the Notes to trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange plc will be cancelled on, or shortly after, 26 November 2018.
Capitalised terms which are used in this announcement, and which are not otherwise defined in this notice, shall have the meanings set out in the terms and conditions of the Notes.
