Replacement RNS: Exercise of SAYE Options by Directors / other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (together "PDMRs")

The following announcement has been made to replace RNS Number 2176U released at 16:46 on 27 July 2015.  That announcement incorrectly stated in that D A Horton held 1,750,444 ordinary shares in the Company as at 27 July 2015.  The correct number of ordinary shares in the Company held by D A Horton as at that date was 1,597,125 ordinary shares.  All other details remain unchanged.  The correct version of the announcement is below:

Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 27 July 2015 the following Directors exercised the option to purchase ordinary shares under the 2012 Save As You Earn Scheme ("SAYE Scheme").
