Further to the Company's announcement at 7.00 a.m. today relating to its proposed Rights Issue and Placing, the Company hereby clarifies the following details relating to the timetable of its proposed Rights Issue and Placing:

Record date for final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2008		Close of business on 13 March 2009
Record date for entitlement under the Rights Issue for Qualifying CREST Shareholders and Qualifying Non-CREST Shareholders		5.00 p.m. on 16 March 2009
Latest time and date for acceptance, payment in full and registration of renunciation of Provisional Allotment Letters		11.00 a.m. on 3 April 2009
