Vesting of Share Incentives/Options for Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (together "PDMRs")

Beazley plc announces that the following PDMRs have interests in deferred share awards, which were granted on 9 February 2016 under the Company's Deferred Share Plan. These deferred share awards have vested as set out below.
