Vesting of Share Incentives for a Director and other Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (together "PDMRs")
Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that the following PDMRs have interests in retention shares that were awarded under the Company's Retention Plans in March 2005 and March 2006. All of the retention shares have now vested and were transacted as set out in the table below.
The average price for the disposal of the ordinary shares of 5 pence each was 108.309p and the shares were received for no consideration.
