Exercise of Options

Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc ("Beeks" or "the Company") announces that the Company has issued a total of 32,200 new ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each ("New Shares") pursuant to the exercise of 18,400 options granted under the Beeks Financial Cloud Employee Share Option Plan and 13,800 options granted under the Beeks Financial Cloud Contractor Share Option Plan (together the "Options"). 

Application has been made for the New Shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 30 October 2018 ("Admission"). Following Admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM, the Company will have 50,753,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
