BEGBIES TRAYNOR GROUP PLC
DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING
The Company was informed on Friday, 4 April 2008, that Mr Ric Traynor, Executive
Chairman, has transferred, by way of a gift, 5,000,000 ordinary shares into a
trust of which the beneficiaries are his immediate family.
Following this transaction Mr Traynor is deemed to have a beneficial interest in
a total of 26,311,697 shares, of which 18,061,697 are held by Mr Traynor
directly, 5,000,000 are held in a trust for the benefit of his immediate family
and the remaining 3,250,000 are held by Mrs Z Traynor. Mr Traynor's holding
represents 32.40% of the total shares in issue which are currently 81,202,819
Ordinary Shares of 5p.
