Paul Stanley, Regional Managing Partner at Begbies Traynor Group plc, has exercised share options ("the Options") over 50,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 36.69 pence.  Using net settlement, this has resulted in the issue and allotment of 22,414 Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 29 September 2017.

This has resulted in the issue and allotment of 22,414 fully paid Ordinary Shares for which the Company has applied to AIM for listing and which upon admission will rank pari passu with the Company's other Ordinary Shares.
