The Board of Begbies Traynor also confirms that at the AGM, Philip Holden, a non-executive director since the Group's admission to trading on AIM in October 2004, did not seek re-election as he has found that the role takes up more time than he is able to commit in the light of his executive roles elsewhere. Paul is a Cambridge economics graduate, a qualified lawyer and a former managing partner of Dibb Lupton Broomhead, the forerunner of DLA. He is currently a director of LCL Group Limited. There are no further details required to be disclosed under paragraph g of schedule 2 of the AIM Rules. Ric Traynor, Executive Chairman of Begbies Traynor Group, comments: 'The Board is grateful for the input Philip has had to the formative stages of the Group's development and wishes him well for the future. 'Paul's experience and skills will be of great assistance to Begbies Traynor going forward and we welcome him to the Board.'
