Amendment to Scrip Dividend Scheme Timetable

Further to the announcement on 21 July 2020 of the publication of a circular in connection with the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the interim dividend for the six month period ended 31 May 2020 (the "Circular"), minor amendments have been made to the timetable with the revised dates set out below. All other dates and times are unchanged.

Interim Dividend payment date	28 August
CREST accounts credited with the Interim Dividend payment in cash and/or New Shares and despatch of scrip dividend share certificates	28 August
Admission of New Shares	28 August

All capitalised terms used and not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Circular.
