BB Healthcare Trust plc announces that the undermentioned directors of the Company on 18 and 19 December 2019 sold and immediately repurchased ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), in order to effect the transfer of the Ordinary Shares from their brokerage accounts into individual savings accounts ("ISAs") and/or self-invested personal pensions ("SIPPs") held in their names.

There is no change to beneficial holdings of the directors as a result of these transactions.
