Scrip Dividend Reference Price

The Company announces that the scrip dividend reference price for the interim dividend of 2.425p per ordinary share of 1p each ("Ordinary Share") that has been declared in respect of the period for the six months ended 31 May 2019 (the "Interim Dividend"), payable on 30 August 2019, is 129.60p. 

The scrip dividend reference price is the price at which BB Healthcare Trust plc's Ordinary Shares will be issued to shareholders who have elected for their cash dividend to be automatically subscribed on their behalf for new Ordinary Shares (the "Scrip Dividend Scheme") and is the unaudited Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share as at close of business on 9 August 2019.
