Scrip Dividend Reference Price

The Company announces that the scrip dividend reference price for the interim dividend of 2.5p per ordinary share of 1p each ("Ordinary Share") that has been declared in respect of the six months ended 31 May 2020 (the "Interim Dividend"), payable on 28 August 2020, is 157.24p. 

The scrip dividend reference price is the price at which BB Healthcare Trust plc's Ordinary Shares will be issued to shareholders who have elected for their cash dividend to be automatically subscribed on their behalf for new Ordinary Shares (the "Scrip Dividend Scheme") and is the unaudited Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share as at close of business on 14 August 2020.
