Scrip Dividend Scheme

The Company announces that on 9 April 2020 it will allot and issue 434,023 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to shareholders who have elected for their cash dividend for the year ended 31 December 2019 (the "Final Dividend"), payable on 9 April 2020, to be automatically subscribed on their behalf for new Ordinary Shares (the "Scrip Dividend Scheme").

Application will be made for admission of the Ordinary Shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange plc's main market ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 9 April 2020.
