Scrip Dividend Scheme
The Company announces that on 28 August 2020 it will allot and issue 518,240 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to shareholders who have elected for their cash dividend for the six months ended 31 May 2020 (the "Interim Dividend"), payable on 28 August 2020, to be automatically subscribed on their behalf for new Ordinary Shares (the "Scrip Dividend Scheme").
Application will be made for admission of the Ordinary Shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange plc's main market ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 28 August 2020.
