Scrip Dividend Scheme

The Company announces that on 2 September 2022 it will allot and issue 158,894 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to shareholders who have elected for their cash dividend for the six months ended 31 May 2022 (the "Interim Dividend"), payable on 2 September 2022, to be automatically subscribed on their behalf for new Ordinary Shares (the "Scrip Dividend Scheme").

Application will be made for admission of the Ordinary Shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange plc's main market ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 2 September 2022.
