Scrip Dividend Scheme

The Company announces that on 5 May 2023 it will allot and issue 209,697 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to shareholders who have elected for their cash dividend for the year ended 30 November 2022 (the "Final Dividend"), payable on 5 May 2023, to be automatically subscribed on their behalf for new Ordinary Shares (the "Scrip Dividend Scheme").

Application will be made for admission of the Ordinary Shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange plc's main market ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. 5 May 2023.
