TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

The Company announces that it has today issued 434,023 of its ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to its scrip dividend scheme as announced on 25 March 2020.

The Company confirms that as at 9 April 2020, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 441,136,085 Ordinary Shares with each Ordinary Share carrying one voting right.

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 441,136,085. This figure (441,136,085) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
