Mr Kevin Wrightson, a chartered secretary, who joined Bellway in 1990, has been
appointed Group Company Secretary with effect from today's date. Mr Wrightson
was previously Deputy Group Secretary. He has replaced Mr Peter J Stoker who is
concentrating on his role as Group Commercial Director.
