Bellway plc (1996) Employee Share Option Scheme. the following director of the
company exercised on Friday 16th December 2005 options over 50,000 Bellway plc
12.5p ordinary shares as follows:

Immediately thereafter, Mr Stoker sold 50,000 Bellway plc 12.5p ordinary shares
at a price of £10.49 per share.
