respect of John Stoker Deceased on 8th May 2003, Mr Peter John Stoker, a
director of the company, now has a beneficial interest in 25,000 Bellway plc
12.5p ordinary shares in his capacity as the Executor of the Estate of John
Stoker Deceased. This represents 0.023% of the company's issued share capital.


All the other interests of Mr Stoker and the other directors remain unchanged.
