BELVOIR LETTINGS PLC
(the "Company" or "Belvoir")
Continued Growth
Belvoir Lettings PLC, (AiM; BLV) one of the UK's largest lettings franchises, is pleased to announce that in line with its stated strategy of continued expansion, the company has in separate transactions acquired four new Belvoir sites.
The Company has acquired two of its existing franchise outlets in Lichfield and Burton. These two sites will now be managed by Belvoir. To augment these acquisitions further, Belvoir has also acquired Kingston Behague, a competing lettings agency in September 2012. Kingston Behague operates from two sites, also in Lichfield and Burton, which will be merged with Belvoir's two managed outlets in these towns.
Additionally the Company announces that it has recently acquired Aldine Honey & Company, an independent agency based in Pimlico offering a one stop service for prime residential property management and associated services. Aldine Honey specialises in the high end London rental markets, particularly those of Belgravia, Chelsea & Kensington, Knightsbridge and Pimlico.
These acquisitions continue Belvoir's strategy of expanding its portfolio of outlets across the country. Belvoir is continuing to pursue its acquisition strategy and can confirm that there are further potential acquisitions in the pipeline.
Commenting on the appointment, Dorian Gonsalves, Managing Director, said:
"These acquisitions demonstrate the continued strength of the Belvoir Brand and the development of our market presence in the UK residential lettings market. We look forward to operating from these new sites and to expand further our portfolio as opportunities arise."
