Director's Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Mike Goddard, Chairman of the Company, today purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 121.25p per share.

Following this transaction Mike Goddard holds 7,763,922 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 26.68% of total issued share capital and voting rights of the company.
