Director dealings

Belvoir Lettings plc (AIM:BLV), announces that Carl Chadwick, CEO of the Company transferred 15,000, 21,450 and 30,209 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") between 27 and 28 March 2014 to his son Phil Chadwick, his father and to Neil Myers, a non-connected party of Belvoir. Following this transaction, the beneficial interest of Mr Chadwick has fallen by 66,659 Ordinary Shares to 273,537 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.14 per cent. of the total issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
