Belvoir Group plc (AIM: BLV), the UK's largest property franchise, announces that following the placing of ordinary shares announced earlier on today, it has been notified that Michael Stoop, Non-Executive Chairman, and Paul George, Non-Executive Director of the Company, have both bought 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 105p each.
Following this transaction Michael Stoop holds 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06% of total issued share capital, and Paul George holds 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06% of the total issue and voting rights of the company.
