Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 17 January 2024, following the recent announcement regarding the proposed Merger of Belvoir Group PLC and The Property Franchise Group PLC, Dorian Gonsalves, Chief Executive Officer, Louise George, Chief Financial Officer, and Michelle Brook, Financial Services Director have each increased their shareholding further to indicate their full support of the proposed Merger.

They have each acquired new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:
