Notice of General Meeting

Belvoir Group PLC (AIM:BLV), a leading UK property franchise group,  will hold a General Meeting

at Belvoir's Central Office, The Old Courthouse, 60A London Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire NG31 6HR, at 2.00pm on 14 June 2021 at which a resolution to approve the 2020 Final Dividend will be proposed.

In light of the prevailing Covid-19 restrictions the Board has arranged for the General Meeting to be held "behind closed doors" and to be attended by only two shareholders in person, observing all appropriate social distancing measures, so as to be quorate. We request that shareholders do not attend in person as they will be refused entry to the meeting. We would encourage all shareholders to submit their vote by proxy.

As previously announced, the ex-dividend and record date for the 2020 Final Dividend will remain as 22 April 2021 and 23 April 2021 respectively.

If the 2020 Final Dividend resolution is approved by shareholders at the General Meeting, the 2020 Final Dividend will be paid on Wednesday 16 June 2021.
