Belvoir Group PLC (AIM:BLV), a leading UK property franchise and financial services Group, announces that the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and the notice convening the Group's 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) have been posted to shareholders today.

Belvoir also announces that its 2022 AGM will be held at 10.00am on Thursday 26 May 2022 at Belvoir's Central Office, The Old Courthouse, 60A London Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire NG31 6HR.
