Director leave of absence
Benchmark announces that Roland Bonney, Chief Operating Officer, is taking a temporary leave of absence for medical reasons. During this time, Roland will step down as a Director of the Company.
Malcolm Pye, Mark Plampin and other members of the senior management team are covering the duties of the Chief Operating Officer in this interim period.
We wish Roland a swift recovery and speedy return, and will update shareholders in due course.
