Further re. potential acquisition and suspension of shares
Further to the Company's announcement made earlier today, Benchmark Holdings plc has become aware of recent press speculation and confirms that it is contemplating the potential acquisition of INVE Aquaculture Holding B.V, which would constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules. Trading in the Company's shares will continue to be suspended until such time as an admission document is published in relation to the potential acquisition or the talks otherwise conclude.
The Company will update shareholders with further information in due course.
