Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO), the mineral exploration company focused on developing its Kallak North and Kallak South iron ore deposits in northern Sweden, is pleased to announce that further to its announcement of 10 July 2013 a circular incorporating a Notice of General Meeting ("GM") is now available to download from the Company's website at: www.beowulfmining.net and has today been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive hardcopy shareholder communications from the Company.

The Company's forthcoming GM will be held at 2.30 p.m. on Monday 12 August 2013 at Juxon House, 100 St Pauls Churchyard, London EC4M 8BU. The circular provides, inter alia, details of the new funding from Lanstead and the resolutions to be proposed at the GM.

Defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those given to them in the announcement made by the Company on 10 July 2013.
