CHANGE OF CFO / COMPANY SECRETARY AND REGISTERED OFFICE

Berkeley Resources Limited ("Berkeley") wishes to advise that Mr Clint McGhie has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with immediate effect.

Mr McGhie replaces Mr Robert Samuel (Sam) Middlemas as Company Secretary and Mr Steven Turner as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr McGhie is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He commenced his career with an international Chartered Accounting firm and has since worked in the role of Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for a number of listed companies that operate in the resources sector.

The board expresses their appreciation for the service provided by Mr Middlemas since his appointment.

As part of the change the registered office of the Company has also changed.  The new office contact details are as follows:
