Mr John (Ian) Stalker (aged 58) has been appointed a Director of Berkeley Resources Limited effective 30 November 2009.

·         A beneficial interest in 1,300,000 listed options exercisable at $0.75 each on or before 15 May 2013, which are held by the J Stalker Discretionary Trust.

·         Under the terms of his employment contract and subject to shareholder approval, 3,000,000 options to acquire new shares at $1.25 each, to vest in 3 equal tranches on the next 3 anniversaries of his appointment.
