The Berkeley Group Holdings plc

Application for Listing

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 1,900,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. 

The shares will be allotted and issued to The Berkeley Group Holdings plc Employee Benefit Trust to satisfy long term incentive plan awards. The admission of these shares is expected to be on 22 September 2016.

The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
