FINANCIAL CALENDAR

The Berkeley Group Holdings plc today announces the intended dates for its 2013 financial calendar.

An Interim Management Statement will be issued on Monday, 18 March 2013.

Preliminary results for the year ended 30 April 2013 will be issued on Wednesday, 19 June 2013.

An Interim Management Statement will be issued on the day of the company's Annual General Meeting, which is being held on Monday, 2 September 2013.

Half year results for the six months ending 31 October 2013 will be issued on Friday, 6 December 2013.
