The Company announces that on 1 July 2022 it purchased for cancellation 120,000 of its ordinary shares of 5.4141p each ("Shares") through UBS, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 3 September 2021.

Number of Shares purchased:  120,000

Highest price paid per Share:  3775p

Lowest price paid per Share:  3668p

Volume weighted average price paid per Share:  3722.4525p

The Shares purchased on 1 July 2022 will be cancelled and will not be held as Treasury shares. Following the cancellation of these Shares, the Company has 110,733,750 Shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares). This is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
