Transaction in Own Shares

The Company has today purchased 34,500 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 19 pence per ordinary share. The ordinary shares purchased today will be held in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares held in treasury by the Company following the above purchase is 34,500.

The total number of shares in issue is 10,933,758 excluding the shares held in treasury, following the above purchase.
