Moody's have issued 27^th October our 2023 credit rating as A2 (stable) uplifted from A2 (unstable) last time.

Announcement of Retained Bond Sale Settlement 17 November 2023

Beyond Housing Limited (the Issuer) £250,000,000 2.125 per cent. Secured Sustainability Bonds due 2051 (of which £85,000,000 were issued as retained bonds (the Retained Bonds)).

The Issuer previously announced that it had executed a Forward Purchase Agreement on 11 November 2022 in connection with the sale of £40,000,000 of the Retained Bonds (the Sale). The Sale settled on 17 November 2023.
