Bezant (AIM: BZT), the AIM listed gold and copper exploration and development company operating in the Philippines and Argentina, announces that yesterday and today it received notification of certain share purchases by its Chief Executive Officer.

Details of the share purchases and the new beneficial interest of the Chief Executive Officer in the Company's ordinary shares are as follows:
