yesterday by JPMorgan Chase & Co that as at 10 July 2007, JPMorgan Asset
Management (UK) Limited is the holder of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence
each in the Company, representing 5.38 per cent. of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
