Share Conversion - Change to December application deadline

Shareholders are advised that the deadline for share conversion applications for the 31 December 2008 Share Conversion Date is being brought forward to 1pm on Tuesday 30 December 2008.

This will enable the efficient processing of all applications prior to year end. The deadline will revert to the normal monthly timetable in January 2009.
