Amendments to Process for Share Conversions and
change to December 2010 Share Conversion Date

The process for requesting conversions from one class to another of the shares of BH Macro Limited (the "Company") will be amended as follows with effect from the 30 November 2010 share conversion date so that shareholders will be permitted to request conversion in respect of any or all of their shareholdings of a particular class without imposition of any minimum requirement

The time for receipt of share conversion notices is 12 noon London time on the relevant conversion date.

A form of share conversion notice incorporating these amendments will be made available on the Company's website. 

In addition, the share conversion date for December 2010 will be brought forward by one day to 30 December 2010.
