(a)  that with effect from 1 December 2011 he became a non-executive director of Morgan Stanley 
International Limited and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc.

(b)  that with effect from 29 February 2012 he resigned as a non-executive Director of Europe Arab Bank 
plc.
