                Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM')



An EGM of BH Macro Limited (the 'Company') will be held at Trafalgar Court, Les
Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL at 11.00 a.m. (Guernsey time) on 9
April 2008.


The resolutions to be proposed at the EGM relate to a proposal to amend the
Company's articles of association to introduce pre-emption rights and approval
of disapplication of pre-emption rights. Further details of the resolutions
being proposed at the EGM are set out in the Notice of EGM mailed to all
shareholders (with proxy form) on 17 March 2008.
