Transaction in Own Shares

19 March 2014

On 12 March 2014 the Company purchased the following amount of shares:

·     25,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the value in the capital of the Company designated as Sterling shares ("Sterling Shares") at a price of GBP 19.4600 per Sterling Share.

·     2,563 ordinary shares of no par value in the value in the capital of the Company designated as Euro shares ("Euro Shares") at a price of EUR 18.7520 per Euro Share.

·     5,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the value in the capital of the Company designated as US Dollar shares ("US Dollar Shares") at a price of USD 18.6500 per US Dollar Share.

On 13 March 2014 the Company purchased the following amount of shares:

·     2,500 ordinary shares of no par value in the value in the capital of the Company designated as Sterling shares ("Sterling Shares") at a price of GBP 19.4621 per Sterling Share.

On 14 March 2014 the Company purchased the following amount of shares:

·     15,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the value in the capital of the Company designated as Sterling shares ("Sterling Shares") at a price of GBP 19.4595 per Sterling Share.

·     2,500 ordinary shares of no par value in the value in the capital of the Company designated as Euro shares ("Euro Shares") at a price of EUR 18.8000 per Euro Share.

On 17 March 2014 the Company purchased the following amount of shares:

·     57,286 ordinary shares of no par value in the value in the capital of the Company designated as Sterling shares ("Sterling Shares") at a price of GBP 19.4200 per Sterling Share.

·     7,500 ordinary shares of no par value in the value in the capital of the Company designated as US Dollar shares ("US Dollar Shares") at a price of USD 18.6292 per US Dollar Share.

On 18 March 2014 the Company purchased the following amount of shares:

·     28,085 ordinary shares of no par value in the value in the capital of the Company designated as Sterling shares ("Sterling Shares") at a price of GBP 19.4532per Sterling Share.

·     5,445 ordinary shares of no par value in the value in the capital of the Company designated as US Dollar shares ("US Dollar Shares") at a price of USD 18.6162 per US Dollar Share.

These shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the purchase of the relevant Euro, US Dollar and Sterling Shares, the total number of shares in issue in each share class of the Company will be as follows:

From 18 March 2014, the total number of voting rights in the Company (rounded down to the whole number) is 89,474,411.
